Little under 3 miles easy around the neighborhood and then 4X100ish striders.  Signed up for the 5K Turkey Trot tomorrow, but might do the 10K easy with 5,000 of my closest friends.  A month ago I had visions of sub 19 at Turkey Trot, but then... excuses excuses.  Travis may run with me, so I might shoot for sub 20 in the 5 if I don't decide to just casually run the 10.  Inlaws plus a few coming in for the next few days, but its back to serious consistent training starting on Sunday.

Hey Rob - had to bundle up this morning for my run in the 52 degree fog - brrrrrrrrrrrr

I still have my 1979 Turkey Trot shirt! I'd really like to make it back someday for the race.

I plan to go for a 15 miler tomorrow with Jon Kotter, one of my former runners at Alta. Jon is now a 28:50 10k runner on the track at BYU.He had a bummer of a race Monday at the NCAA's and BYU finished a sub-par 18th. Should be close to zero out at 9am when we are heading out.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Coverts.
