Sinus drainage all night resulted in no interest in running at 6AM, so ran to work and back this evening.  Its right at 3 miles one way - easy 22:41 there, 6 minutes in my office wrapping up a data compilation that I left processing earlier, and then a decent effort 21:21 on the return trip.

Up early tomorrow and on the road to Gainesville for the Region Championships - Travis also suffering a bit with sinuses - we'll see.

Good luck to Travis - let us know how it goes. Are you staying over until Saturday - we are heading up to see the SC game.

Travis was quite satisfied with his race (17:18), but more importantly, the team competed really well and took the Region Championship. Other than our #1 taking the individual title, which was expected, all of our runners bettered their predicted placings according to season best times for the qualifiers - was a good day. Even better because we got to visit with Cynda for a while. We're back home now, but Cynda said she and Bradlea were going to the game together, so say hi for us - heh. Enjoy, and go gators... note the lower case - can't quite go all out for the gators just yet.

Heheh...Yay Travis - Great work. Now onward to the State Championship!

Got to meet Cynda after the game on Saturday which was nice... gators were definitely lower-cased this weekend :(
