Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Planning a good track workout in the morning, so I took it a bit easy this afternoon with just a trail run on the ravine trail and north loop.  Stepped it up considerably (6:22 pace) for the 0.8 mi north loop, and then eased it back to the jeep at 8:00 pace.

I'll be looking for the report on your workout today.

Finally got a little "speed" in today. I'm not really worried about hanging with the pack most of the way in ABQ, just being able to respond when a move is made after about 1000 meters. Should be interesting.
