Easy six on the trails this morning - bit less easy for the last mile (7:30) just to keep motivated for racing the Midnight Run.  No run tomorrow morning, then work 'til noonish and off to Dunedin - yay!

Have fun in Dunedin. I wish I was there.

19 years ago tonight you were staying at the spiffy Roadway Inn in Pine River, Mn. Good times eh? Have I ever formally apologized for the awkward and downright painful situations I subjected you to that weekend? You're a good friend.

Andy and I wend fishing off the dock at the park where Ann and I got married. Life has been pretty good.

You have a much better memory than I, Rob - glad I could be there... I do still have the lovely daisy tie though.

Probably it was a bigger occasion for me?

Glad you still have the tie.

Is Travis working hard for the upcoming XC season?

From dugco on Tue, Jul 02, 2013 at 21:11:49 from 68.35.221.180

His coach sent the incoming guys a detailed 10-week training schedule and Trav is working it to a T. First meet is a low key 5K mostly intra-squad home meet on Aug 31. He'll be ready to rock it!
