Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

Return to full speed track workouts

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Ravine trail plus north loop clockwise (30:38).  Amazing what just a few degrees can do.  Was ONLY 74 at start of run this morning, rather than the 78-80 its been for a couple weeks.  Last mile in 6:36 - feeling more and more like a runner again.  Dumbell circuit this evening and a walk with the wife.

Nice last mile Doug! Nice and breezy here too with the storm brewing in the Gulf - takes the edge off.

Thanks, Bret. Have to find another lunch date for today since you bailed on me. Definitely keep me posted on your schedule for... Sept 2 was it? Are you guys joining Bradlea at convocation next week at UF? Surely we can find each other in the O'Connell Center - heh.
