Good work my friend.

Have you checked out the speedendurance.com web sight yet?

The reason I mention it is because I think you are on to something with your long term goals to the left there. As you know, training for 400/800 meter success is very different. The world of competative masters track is a lot of fun. I think you would do well with it.

The U.S. masters record for 400 meters in the 45-49 age group is 50.20.

FYI

A few years back I did several masters meets down in Clermont. I think the record is a bit out of my reach, but I definitely want to go after the All American time(s).

I know this high school coach in Utah that I may consult once I get my weight and strength where I need them to be to start working on the track again ;-)
