Overstreet trail this morning.  What a grind and it was only 3.5 - heat index over 90 at 7am.  Need a good week of training and watching what I eat to drop under 160 for first time since last summer - on my way to sub 155 by end of Aug.

Buy a new scale - no way you are over 160! I am gonna be in Tally next week for business - maybe have time to grab lunch on Wednesday?

heh! I hide it well with puffy shirts and loose shorts

Lunch on Wed sounds great - we can work out details here or on facebook... or telegraph, smoke signals, homing pigeons...
