Always a fun time at the trot.  Got back from our ten day cruise on Monday.  I was fairly good while on ship - ran 6 of 10 days but no more than 3 miles each run.  Trotted this morning to a 24:20 finish with miles at 8:01, 8:00 and last 1.1 at 8:18 - pretty pleased actually.

Happy Thanksgiving!
